The space
The impressive villa furnishing in the colors of nature and wonderful views of the landscape make the best option if you want to come closer to nature during your holiday in Crete. Walking towards Gerani village is a great chance to enjoy the landscape and taste Cretan cuisine.
The interior of the villa (160sqm) is spread in one level which makes your stay more relaxing and safer for our little guests. Α spacious living room and dining area designed with you in mind. Gorgeous furniture with a comfortable large sofa, and a Smart TV. Relax in the tranquil atmosphere that this space offers and take some short break of coolness in your private pool, directly accessed from the living room, which is amazing!
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, waiting for you to practice your cooking skills and enjoy the delicacies you have prepared, along with your family and your friends!
When you are ready to relax, you will be happy to discover every bedroom comes with superior quality mattresses, luxury linens, and cozy towels. Passing the spacious corridor which also has a workspace, you will find the three very spacious bedrooms sunny and airy, with two single beds that can be adjusted in one queen size bed. Fully furnished and equipped with all you need to enjoy sleep and rest.
The two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom is served from the third bathroom which is at the end of the corridor.
All areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned with cooling and heating and are accessible with Wi-Fi.
What you are going to love in this marvelous villa is the outdoor spaces. The spacious garden invites you to spend your day and night outside, getting lost in the sparkling colors of the sun in the morning.
Garden with beautiful flowers, a big lawn area around the pool, and a comfortable dining table under a wooden pergola where you can enjoy your breakfast and your meals. A BBQ also is going to be the favorite spot for your family gatherings. Around the heated pool, waiting for you comfortable sunbeds to offer moments of relaxation and tranquillity while enjoying your sunbathing! A swimming pool has also a children’s section (and we can put a safety net upon request).
Also, a tennis table and a badminton net give our guests happy moments!

Other details to note
✔ Welcome service . We will wait you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive . A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining of where to go and what to see, depend on your likes .
✔ A welcome pack . Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa .
✔All expenses and taxes of the house for the stay time are included in the price except the environmental fee which is 10.00 euros per day (April -October) and (November -February ) 4.00 euros per day. You pay in cash upon arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days .
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh .
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.

Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its two major landmarks are the lighthouse in the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
The villa is set in Gerani Village, only 180 m. from the crystal clear beach! Many cafes, restaurants, and bars exist in the area, with 5-star hotels, water parks, shops, groceries, supermarkets, ready to serve you and help you have some amazing holidays.
Entertainment is something you won’t miss, as numerous clubs, beach bars, and evening fun exist in a short distance (5 km.) in the famous village of Platanias! Walking along the 5 km. beach, as well as running, exercising, cycling, water sports, and many more activities will not allow you to get bored in any way, on your holidays!
In addition to the wonderful views of the landscape, the privileged location of the villa offers easy access to the highway, giving a great chance to visit the traditional villages of Kissamos and the popular exotic beaches of Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonisi.

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda(5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
