The space
In the heart of the Old Venetian Town, the superb Boutique Home offers the chance to enjoy a stay full of luxury and comfort and, at the same time, experience a “travel’ back to an era with a unique Renaissance atmosphere!
From the historic “Splantzia” square we follow a picturesque alley leading to air home. As soon as we reach the main entrance and face the old building realize the reason why Venetian architecture is considered a “jewel”.
The inner of the house follows the same aesthetic and majestic of the Venetian Empire.
Entering the house we meet an open space plan living room, the modern kitchen the large dining area, and a common full bathroom. The comfortable sofas with all the luxury decoration the minimal style and the color pallet of the space give the guest all the feeling a Boutique house must do. The fully equipped kitchen with all the brand-new appliances will satisfy even the most demanding cook giving the ability to prepare any kind of meal.
The large smart 65″ TV with free NETFLIX the fast Wi-Fi the air-conditioning and many more major amenities will make your stay unique and memorable.
Following in the up floor, the three comfortable bedrooms, all with individual air-conditioning systems, super anatomic comfort beds, and satellite TV will fulfill all your expectations for relaxing dreams. The master bedroom en-suits a bathroom with a shower cabinet for the use of the guests.
An extra single bed, as well as an office desk in the common area between the bedrooms, will sleep easily the 7th guest of your company.
The master bathroom of the floor with a grand shower cabinet will be for use of all guests.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your likes.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the house are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 1.5 euros per day during the period from April to October and 0.50 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every four days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Neighborhood description
Crete … the proud island of Greece. The desire of all Mediterranean civilizations for over 40 centuries. Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
Our Boutique House is sited in the hear of the Old Town and the neighborhood called Splanzia, just 1 min from the edge of the sea in the old port! Small alleys, old Venetian manors, ottoman houses, flowered verandas and balconies, myths, and urban legends revive a picturesque wander in the famous old town of Chania.
Restaurants, cafes, soul bars, clubs, boutique houses, and five suites dominate the area. Many traditional taverns where locals enjoy the beautiful nights in Chania, folk music nibble taverns, and revel entertainment will lead your mood to a high.
Shopping in the old and new town of Chania, supermarkets, groceries, banks, post, butcher, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and any kind of services will be on foot distance and easy access.
Chania city offers a beautiful sandy beach, famous for the fish taverns, restaurants, and cafes, fully organized with parasols and sunbeds that can easily give the guest the relaxation they need for their holidays. The access to this beautiful beach on the other side of town can be on foot or with public transportation.
We can guarantee you that leaving in the town that never sleeps will amuse you and make you wish to come back and visit it again one day.
Getting around
Car is not necessary for getting around as we are only 1 min walk from all.
The bus stop is very close to the house with a route from the center of Chania to the central bus station where you can take the bus to all the popular beaches and destinations of the Chania region as well as and for all major cities of Crete!
In case you prefer to have a car with you for your convenience, parking will be free and easy in all around streets we all park our cars! Also for special cases big free and paid parking is not very far away!
The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda(5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (15 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
