✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ The heating of the pool is offered on request, with an extra charge of 450.00 euro/week,which you pay in cash upon arrival.(The highest temperature that the pool can reach when it is heated is 25-27 degrees Celsius, depending on the outside temperature).
✔ All taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price .
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every day except Sunday.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.

✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
✔ In order to confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit is required via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due one month before arrival.
