The space
Modi Home is a Brand-New, elegant home that combines the minimal aesthetic and the luxuriant. Build in a hillside just 5 min by the sea and the ocean offers a nice view by a natural environment. Cared in detail all inside and outside areas of the house, the guest will find all the comforts and amenities they may seek to relax on their holidays! An amazing and private garden of the two-level house has an independent entrance and access only from the low-level guests. The upper-level house has a separate garden on the other side of the building and guests will not be disturbed at all by the guests of the up-level home!
Home is equipped with all the amenities you will need for some perfect and comfortable holidays in all spaces, giving guests the feeling of a 5-star accommodation. It is worth mentioning the full air-conditioning system with the individual unit to all spaces and free WiFi covered all indoor and outdoor.
The open-plan living room with the kitchen and the large spaces all inside the home will offer guests a unique feeling of freedom and relaxation on their holidays. The kitchen with the dining area is fully equipped with Brand appliances, offering guests more than all the necessary to prepare even the hardest meals for their family or friends!

Both bedrooms are large offering all the necessary luxuriant and comfort for great relaxation. Hi, quality super anatomic mattresses and pillows will assume your easy and nice sleeping. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and all the necessary room furnishing as well as a smart TV, the second room features twin beds and the extra bed for the 5th guest if necessary.

Garden will be your favorite area of the house, day lying on a sunbed to suntan or night to enjoy a cocktail or have a nice BBQ time. The hammock will help you relax more and enjoy the peace and quietness of the area. The garden is for private use only of this level home and you will feel your cars secure if you like for an on-premises parking space.
The area based in the northern gulf of Chania is ready to amaze you with many sandy beaches and you will need just 5 min by car to start exploring which will be your favorite swimming spot for your holidays!

Welcome service. We will wait for you at the house for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your likes.

•Cleaning service is offered every seven days.

Neighborhood description
Crete … the proud island of Greece. The desire of all Mediterranean civilizations for over 40 centuries. Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
House is sited in the Modi Village the uphill resort village of the Platanias area, one of the most popular destination areas in Crete. The neighborhood is full of expensive residences and holiday villas as well as a very nice traditional small village at the top of the hill. A place with unique advantages you will never forget.
The area offers many Sandy beaches in a 5min drive with the most famous of Platanias and the Agia Marina with many organized parts with Beach-bars and umbrellas. Swimming experience in all these organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, snack bars, and soft music bars will make your all-day stay at the beach necessary.
Platanias is an elegant resort town famous for the night entertainment and the very nice tannins and jeweler shops.
Many Supermarkets, cafes, shops, taverns, and restaurants are presented in the area which is a part of the north coast resort with major town of Platanias ( 3km,5min) and Kolymbari (10km,15 min) where you can find anything you like for your holidays. Moreover, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, groceries, taverns, banks, post, pharmacies and many more exist there.
Access to the national road of Crete where you are going to drive for the most famous beach destinations in Crete is 1 km away ( 1min ) with so easy access that will impress you.
Many more sandy beaches are in very short drive time distance where you can also enjoy the landscape of Crete!

Only 15 min from the Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Sandy’s famous tropical beaches, much stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region, and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa Island, Falassarna, and Elafonisi, on the West Crete, are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset we could never forget!
