In one of the charming, romantic alleys of the Old Venetian Town of Chania, where time passing has stopped in a past era, this elegant gem is nestled in a historical, preserved Venetian building, offering an unparalleled view to the historical center. The two-level house boasts a minimal, simple design, with stylish decoration and the element of wood to dominate in all spaces, creating a unique, hospitable atmosphere, in the heart of the Old Town and only 10 min. from the center of Chania.

The space

Strolling the quiet stone-paved alley, with the historical mansions and their blossomed balconies, we reach the Venetian building which hosts our house. As soon as we get in, we feel the sense of luxury and elegance in every single corner, from the high-quality materials, used in the construction, to the tasteful decoration of all spaces.

The house consists of two floors and one small attic, which are connected with a modern, rail-protected wooden staircase. The first floor boasts an open plan bright space, with air-conditioning, living room, dining area, and a spacious kitchen, offering access to a cute balcony and a big veranda, overlooking the picturesque setting.

The open space living room of the second floor, a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary modern appliances, a large L-shaped sofa, an LCD TV offers the ultimate luxury in a high aesthetic space. The large shaded veranda with BBQ, sink and a dining table for 6 guests is ideal to organize your meals and enjoy the sun, bathing the historical town in the morning and the sunset dressing it with its magic colors, in the evening!

Ascending to the small, open attic, we find two sofa beds, which can host comfortably the two extra guests. Down to the ground floor, which is very spacious, there are three bedrooms (two of them with double bed and one with twin beds, which can be arranged as a double one), a modern sitting area, and the two bathrooms.

The Master bedroom, with a king-size, super anatomic bed, big closet, a modern commode with mirror, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabinet offers a high aesthetic comfort! The big windows and the balcony doors offer plenty of sunlight in the bedroom and the balcony accessed from the bedroom faces also the romantic setting of another era!

The second bedroom, with big windows and an impressive stone wall, boasts also a king-size bed, spacious closet, air conditioning, and modern, simple furnishing, creating a relaxing, romantic atmosphere.
The third bedroom features two single anatomic beds of ergonomic hotel type, that can be adjusted in one king-size bed.

The Master bathroom, very spacious and modern, with a shower cabinet, is also on the ground floor.

The entire house (165 sq.m.) offers free Wi-Fi access (25 Mbit) and all the facilities of a luxurious accommodation, set in a peaceful, picturesque alley, without the noise of the lively Old Town, but only a few minute’s walk from it. Either in the day or the late afternoon, just get out and explore this unique spot, the small shops, the cafes, the excellent restaurants, the historical buildings, and, of course, the impressive Lighthouse and live your holidays as a fairytale!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the house for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your likes.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
