It is a newly built villa which is located just 6km outside the city of Chania, on the hill of Tsikaliaria at an altitude of 110m. The villa is adapted to the natural Cretan environment of the area and offers a magnificent, breathtaking view of the city of Chania and Souda Bay, which especially at night and sunsets will leave everyone speechless! The whole area is 2500sqm, the villa itself 140sqm and its architecture is elegant and modern, constructed with materials such as wood, glass, and stone which are combined harmonically and give the sense of tranquility and relaxation.

The space

The interior of villa Con Vista is divided into 3 levels (140sqm). On the main floor lies a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and next to it a dining area, plus a fully equipped bathroom. Every room has a unique – modern design and furniture. An interesting addition is the sliding doors which when opened give the sense that the outdoor area is an extension of the living room. As far as the upper level is concerned there is a bedroom-attic that can host 2 guests, the bathroom downstairs serves it, from which everyone can admire the magnificent view of the city and Souda bay.

Moreover, on the lower level, there are 3 bedrooms. The first one carries an en suite bathroom and a double bed, the second has two single beds that are convertible to one double bed and the third room has a double bed. The guests of the last 2 rooms could use a bathroom on the same level which is fully equipped and boasts of a Jacuzzi! All rooms have direct access to the outdoor area and sitting room. Lastly, on this floor, there is a storage room with the necessary supplies that you may need.

The villa’s exterior is truly magnificent, spanning an expansive 2000 square meters. The unparalleled views it offers, especially at night, overlooking the city of Chania and the bay of Souda, make it a truly special place. The outdoor space is equipped with various amenities to ensure a relaxing and memorable holiday experience. Notably, there’s a heated swimming pool accompanied by a comfortable lounge area, an outdoor sitting room, a volleyball court, and a table tennis setup. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, a unique sauna is also at your disposal. A dedicated BBQ spot allows guests to showcase their culinary skills, and a well-maintained garden with a lush lawn surrounds the villa. Convenient parking is provided for guests, enhancing the overall experience of your stay.

✔Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ The sauna is available for use at an additional cost, which is calculated based on the time it is in operation. The charge is 4 euros per kilowatt, ensuring that guests have the flexibility to enjoy this luxurious amenity while being mindful of energy consumption.

✔ The pool heating is available at an additional cost. For a 7-day period, the charge is 500.00 euros, and for 4 days, it is 350.00 euros.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.(min stay 7 days)
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh .
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
