In a fully private spot of the famous historical Maleme village, the elegant two-level villa of 225 sq.m., with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, tastefully decorated interior, and wonderful exterior spaces, overlooking the Gulf of Kolimvari, awaits to offer you memorable holidays!
Entering the first level through the main entrance, we reach a modern living room, with a modern L-shaped sofa, an elegant coffee table, and a super comfortable chaise lounge, for the ultimate relaxation of body and soul! The wonderful view of the pool, the White Mountains, and the Cretan Sea will accompany those moments of relaxation!
Getting further into the open space, we meet a spacious kitchen, with a dining table in modern style and equipped with all necessary appliances! Cook your favorite specialties and at the same time, enjoy the wonderful view of nature through the windows!
The kitchen accesses a big veranda, shaded by a pergola, overlooking the pool area, the wonderful lawn garden, and the breathtaking view! The spacious dining table will host unique family meals, from the morning till the late afternoon, accompanied by the sea breeze and the endless view of the Kolimvari gulf, merging with the sky. From the veranda, you can access directly the pool area, as well as the BBQ.
In the first level, we find also two of the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom, boasting warm colors and modern, artistic decoration, offers the ultimate comfort, with a queen size anatomic bed, LCD Smart TV, air-conditioning, big closet, and a vanity table. An en-suite bathroom, with a shower cabinet, is an extra facility.
The second bedroom boasts of two single super anatomic beds, an LCD TV, air-conditioning, a vanity table, and a spacious closet! Just lie down on your comfortable mattress and enjoy the wonderful view through the big windows!
On the same level, we find the Master bathroom, luxurious and modern, with a hot tub, for unique restful moments after hours of sunbathing!
Descending the stairs to the down level, we find the other two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The third bedroom features also a queen size bed, air-conditioning, LCD Smart TV, spacious closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabinet. The decoration is similar to the Master bedroom, creating a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
The fourth bedroom, with twin beds, LCD Smart TV, air-conditioning, and spacious closet, features also a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. On this level, there is also the main bathroom, with a spacious bathtub and Jacuzzi.
In all the interior and exterior spaces, there is a Wi-Fi connection of high speed (50 Mbps), offered for surfing throughout the day!
What counts in this elegant villa is the wonderful exterior, boasting all the facilities any guest needs, to spend the whole day outside, from morning till night!
The house is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn garden with flowers, with a 42 sqm heated pool with a children’s section and outdoor shower. The pool, with a depth of 0,60m – 1,60 m., offers an incomparable view of the imposing White Mountains, the sparkling Cretan Sea, and the natural landscape of Kissamos. An amazing experience for your eyes and soul, while swimming!
The comfortable wooden sunbeds, with parasols, are placed around the pool to relax under the warm sun and enjoy this unique setting that nature has created on this side of Crete!
Did you get hungry, but still need to enjoy the wonderful summer weather? Just use the charcoal BBQ for a delicious BBQ meal, or bake a delicious pizza in the wood oven, placed outside, under the shade of a stone-made pergola! For even more comfort, the space is equipped with a sink. The spacious veranda, next to the BBQ, is offered to gather with your family and enjoy your meal!
The excellent location of the villa offers not only amazing views but also all kinds of amenities in the villages around, such as Tavronitis (900 m.), Maleme (2 km.) and Kolimvari (5 km.), boasting all kinds of shops, as well as beautiful beaches. Last but not least, the easy access to the highway of Kissamos, will allow you to visit some of the most popular beaches of Crete and whole Europe, the amazing Falassarna, Elafonisi, and Balos!

Crete … the proud island of Greece. The desire of all Mediterranean civilizations for over 40 centuries. Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
The villa is located between the villages of Maleme (2 km.) and Tavronitis (1 km.), and only 5 km. from Kolimvari village! In this villages, you will find everything you need during your holidays: super markets, cafes, shops, banks, traditional taverns and beautiful, unspoilt beaches! For a night out, Platanias and Agia Marina (only 15 min. drive) are the best options, as you can find night clubs, beach bars, many cafes, tourist shops and restaurants.
Regarding the beaches you should visit, Falassarna beach (one of the best in Europe) is only 33 km. from the villa, and the exotic Elafonisi beach with pink grain sand is only 55 km. Only 20 min. driving, you reach Kissamos city from which you can take the ferry to Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island and enjoy a spectacular scenery!
We also recommend to take short excursions by your car at the traditional villages around and experience authentic Crete!

Near to the famous cities of Chania , Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon , Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda(5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
