Villa Locust is a lovely holiday home with private pool and wonderful gardens, with the blend of stone and wood to dominate in all spaces, awaiting you to experience unique holidays in the serenity of the Cretan nature! The interior of the historical mansion is designed and decorated in a special style. As soon as you enter the house, you see an open plan space with a spacious living room with a big sofa and a table, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen!
What is impressive is the genuine Cretan architecture that dominates everywhere the stone-made fireplace in the living room, decorated with unique Cretan artifacts, the wooden dining table, the wooden ceiling, the stone arches, and the impressive stone-made oven of another era!
The villa features on the ground one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that accesses the villa’s garden. and a second bedroom with two single beds which can be adjusted in one. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom.
Ascending the staircase to the upper floor, we find a relaxing area, with a very comfortable and nice sofa and a table, also a big Smart TV and play station that can offer unique relaxed moments. This space accesses a cute, furnished balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee with a beautiful view of the villa’s garden and the blossomed landscape!
On the same floor, we find the third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed which is exactly like a single bed. This bedroom has also a comfy en-suite bathroom. A second staircase leads us to the fourth bedroom which is special, as it is placed in the attic and it has three single beds. There is also a fourth bathroom on the same floor.
All areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned with cooling and heating .
What you are going to love in this countryside house is the outdoor spaces. Stone-made patios, gardens with beautiful flowers, a big lawn area surrounding the house, an old-style, traditional well, a BBQ with a comfortable dining table under a wooden pergola, and other furnished spots, inviting you to enjoy the ultimate relaxation, accompanied by the birds singing and the mountain breeze!
A large private pool of 60sqm with a hot tub and sunbeds will be your private “oasis” in the small paradise, which has been created in this garden!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 10.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable upon your arrival.e✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating, and heated pool.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.

Car is necessary for a stay at the villa! Only 30 min from the Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages.
