Villa Luna is a luxury 4 bedrooms villa, our new beautiful concept. From each area outside Villa LUNA
there is a sea view, be it the dining area, the bar, the sunbeds, or the swimming pool.

Villa Luna may accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, couples or friends. the villa is spread over 2 levels.
Offering the combination of modern and luxurious living, this villa is equipped with modern-day amenities state of the art technology, high end design and sleek furniture.
The upper floor consists of a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and offers a breathtaking sea & sunset view.
On this level where one can find the main indoor living area with large sofas and dining table surrounded by large windows offering a fantastic view & a 43″ smart TV. Next to the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen. Leading off the living area there is a guest w.c with a shower.
The refreshing outdoor area on this level, features a mesmerizing pool, a BBQ, a dining table for 12 people, 6 sunbeds overlooking the magnificent sunset.
The lower level of Villa LUNA consists of a charming suite with a 43″ smart TV in the lounge area, an en-
suite shower room and bath, and a great view of the port of Kea.
One more stylish double bedroom and a bedroom with a comfortable bunk bed that can accommodate either two adults or children and a bathroom with shower situated on this floor.
To the side of the villa, there is an amazing yard with a bar and dining table for 8 people and 2 romantic
lounge chairs.
From each area outside Villa LUNA there is a sea view, be it the dining area, the bar, the sunbeds, or the swimming pool.
Other details to note
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 10.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days. (minimum stay one week)
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day to new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and depending on the availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport
