The space
The spectacular Villa Mandarina ensures their guests for incredible holidays, in a unique and private complex, with its unusual Architectural style! Many years awarded for the quality of services we provide, in international competitions, gives all a sense of confidence on their holidays! The complex is designed by a worldwide Famous Architect in every detail, guarantees quality, luxuriant, and comfort in all areas!
The two-level villa of the 200 sq.m, mixes the stone, wood, and metal in a unique way giving the sense of living inside and outside at the same time. Large openings, light spaces, cozy and comfortable bedrooms, multiple and direct access to the patios and garden, as well as luxury furnishing all inside and outside areas and a large variety of amenities make the villa a holiday Gem!
The ground floor with the open space kitchen will be your favorite from first sight. The decoration and the elegant furnishing give the space all the luxuriant you may seek for your holiday. The easy access to the patio and the pool will be an advance for a living at the villa and flexibility to be all together inside or outside at the same time.

The famous designer of the villa has taken care of an important matter for holiday villas. All bedrooms of the villa are in great size, have access directly to the pool or a patio giving the guests the relaxing space like the surrounding. The three bedrooms of the villa, with the master one on the upper floor, will be your relaxing hot spots.
The two bedrooms at the ground level, as well as the two bathrooms, offer a high quality of relaxing experience with the brand and elegant amenities. Super comfort anatomic mattress of coco-mat made from natural materials, high-quality cotton bed linen, pillows, and duvets also by coco-mat, bath and pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, luxurious pure Cretan toiletries, and many more amenities will take care of your optimal sleep quality!
The two bathrooms on the ground floor are made with beautiful marbles for better Hygiene and the spacious showers with Air-Jet spray for massage, heated Towel Radiator, and Underfloor Heating will offer you a wonderful and relaxing feeling.
The Master bedroom of the upper floor follows the same elegance as the other bedrooms. Designed as a real suite-room, offers more amenities to the guests! An en-suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi hot-tubs bath and shower cabinet in advance, a walk-in closet, and a separate veranda for lying and relaxing under the Cretan sun.
A unique benefit of the master bedroom is the isolation from all the other villas offering quietness and peaceful moments you may seek!
The exteriors of the villa with the 250 sq.m garden and the private large 40 sq.m heated pool, are going to be your all day and night pleasure. The Yacht style wooden deck extended alongside the pool with the sunbeds and the side tables, the marvelous private garden with flowers and mostly olive and orange trees, will leave your eyes to the Cretan nature. A Gas Barbecue with all the utensils and the exterior dining area will give you happy moments with your friends and families and having a cocktail in the evening after your meals at the marvelous garden will reward you.
In advance the Complex offers for, at a separate area of the villas next to the complex, a delicious Cretan Breakfast, served by the chef and prepared with local and organic products.( with an extra charge) From June to September, except Sundays, we will offer you a truly unique experience of taste you will never forget.

Other details to note
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ The heating of the pool is offered on request, with an extra charge of 60 euro/day and for at least 3 days use.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 10.00 euros per day during the period from March to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Cretan Breakfast, served by the chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th (Monday to Saturday) with extra charge 25.00euro per person.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ We provide you housekeeping service once a week the third or the fourth day (min stay 7days).
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Neighborhood description
Crete … the proud island of Greece. The desire of all Mediterranean civilizations for over 40 centuries. Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
Conte Marino Villas complex is sited on the hillside of the North coast of Chania, in Kondomari village, near the famous resort area of Platanias (5 km.) a popular location, offering everything you are going to need on holidays. All-day and night entertainment, many supermarkets, cafes, shops, taverns, restaurants, pharmacies, banks are only some of the advantages you are going to enjoy.
The area offers many sandy beaches in 10 min. drive, with the most famous of Platanias and Agia Marina. Swimming experience in all these organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, snack bars, and soft music bars will make you stay all day at the beach.
The villa offers easy access to the highway where you are going to drive for the most famous beach destinations in Crete, the awarded Balos beach and lagoon, the crystal clear Falasarna beach, and the exotic pink beach of Elafonisi.

Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Sandy’s famous tropical beaches, much stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region, and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece make our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa Island, Falassarna, and Elafonisi, on the West Crete, are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset we could never forget!
The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda(5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
