The interior of villa Niba is divided into two separate levels. Moving to the corridor you will meet an open space with a spacious living room and dining area designed with you in mind! Gorgeous furniture with a comfortable large sofa and dining table features a Smart TV. A huge wall-to-wall window offers a view of the entire pool as well as a magnificent sea view, giving the sense that the outdoor area is an extension of the living room. The veranda is equipped with a dining table, perfect for the whole family and friends to gather and experience unique moments accompanied by incredible sea and sunset views! Relax in the tranquil atmosphere that this space offers and take a short break of coolness while gazing at the idyllic setting.
In the same space, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, waiting for you to practice your cooking skills and enjoy the delicacies you have prepared, along with your family and your friends!
When you are ready to relax, you will be happy to discover every bedroom comes with superior quality mattresses, luxury linens, and cozy towels. The three bedrooms designed in light colors fully furnished will impress and give you rest and comfort during your stay. Also, two unique bathrooms serve the three bedrooms.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your like.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 10.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and depending on the availability.

Neighborhood description
Crete … the proud island of Greece. The desire of all Mediterranean civilizations for over 40 centuries. Pirates, Arabs, Venetians, Roman, Turkish, and many more, just wanted to conquer the place called “ Birthplace of Zeus”. Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.
The villa is located in village of Kalathas just 7.5km from Chania Airport and just 2.5km from Kounupidiana where you can find everything you need during your holidays: super markets, cafes, shops, banks, traditional taverns!Also Kalathas Beach is nearby 400m from the villa , Tersanas Beach 4km from the villa and Stavros Beach 5.5km from the villa.
Regarding the famous beaches you can visit, Falassarna beach (one of the best in Europe) is only 33 km. from the villa, and the exotic Elafonisi beach with pink sand is only 55 km. Only 20 min. drive, you reach Kissamos city from which you can take the ferry to Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island and enjoy a spectacular scene!
We also recommend you to make short excursions by your car at the traditional villages around and experience authentic Crete!

Only 15 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Sandy’s famous tropical beaches, much stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region, and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. On West Crete, the famous sandy beaches of Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa Island, Falassarna, and Elafonisi are places you Must visit on your holidays.
