The space
Ground floor:
Large open space living area with comfortable couches, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dinning area, glass doors separate an open air dinning area in a large covered balcony with stunning sea views. On the other side the living room is connected to a large open terrace next to the private infinity swimming pool.
First floor:
Bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Lower Floor:
Two bedrooms with king size beds (can be converted to twin size beds), en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and fitted wardrobe. In between the bedrooms there is a playroom with video games ( PS5) and a home cinema with a big movie collection.
Outdoor area:
A stunning private garden surrounds the villa and swimming pool, complete with sunbeds for enjoying the sun. Nearby, a hot tub offers the ultimate relaxation experience. This peaceful space is perfect for renewing your spirit, providing the ideal environment to unwind, anytime. Whether it’s after sunset or early morning, you can explore the natural beauty of the compound’s lush garden.

Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
The heating of the pool is offered on request, with an extra charge of 350 euro/week,which you pay in cash upon arrival.(The highest temperature that the pool can reach when it is heated is 25-27 degrees Celsius, depending on the outside temperature).
The hot tub is available for use upon request at extra cost of 210 euro per week
All taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price .

Cleaning service is offered every day except Sunday.
Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.

Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
In order to confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit is required via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due one month before arrival.
