Surrounded by the amazing Cretan nature, modern stone-made villa Pines with a heated swimming pool and a lovely garden, located in the traditional village of Maza in Apokoronas’ district, offers all the modern amenities we all seek in our holidays. Relaxing in the Georgioupolis famous sandy beach will be our daily pleasure, only 10 min. from the villa. Visiting the traditional taverns of Maza village, within walking distance, will give you the advantage of exploring the area and enjoying the landscape.
Villa Pines is located in one of the most traditional villages in Crete. Walking towards Maza village is a great chance to enjoy the landscape and taste Cretan cuisine in the traditional taverns. In the village of Vrysses, only a few min. driving, you will find all necessary amenities (pharmacy, bakery, mini-market, e.t.c.) Of course, a car rental is highly recommended, so you can make short excursions in the area around. The beautiful Georgioupolis village and beach is one of the highlights of the area, very close to the villa!
Situated in a land of 2000 sqm. and offering wonderful views of the countryside, villa Pines is the ideal accommodation to enjoy privacy and comfort in both the interior and exterior.
The villa consists of one-floor level and has a total living area of 170 sqm., with a spacious living room, a big kitchen and a dining table, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The decoration in all the interior spaces combines modern and traditional aesthetics, as stone and wood are the materials used for the construction and furnishing of the villa.
Entering the villa from the main entrance, you find the large living room with a big comfortable sofa, a small wooden table, and a Led Smart TV. In the same space, you will find an open fully equipped kitchen and a modern dining table. This open space has many windows as well as huge balcony doors from the living room’s side leading to the villa’s patio and pool. The natural colors, the stone framed doors, and the decoration of the space, in general, give you a sense of relaxation in a beautiful countryside home.
On the same floor, you will find a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, wooden closet, and balcony doors leading to the villa’s patio. Similar to the Master bedroom, (without an en-suite bathroom), is the second bedroom. The big balcony doors in both bedrooms allow the sunlight to spread in the rooms. The third bedroom features two single beds and cheerful decoration, offering the coziness you need. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioning, and beautiful decorations give you the atmosphere you need during your holidays!
Both bathrooms (Master and en-suite) are fully equipped, modern, and give a sense of luxury. The Master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, while the en-suite one has a shower.
All indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are accessible with a Wi-Fi connection.
Visiting the exterior of villa Pines, you will find a patio with a big dining table offering wonderful views of the heated pool and the surrounding landscape. Prepare your meal by using the stone-made BBQ and enjoy it while your kids are playing in the huge lawn garden surrounding the villa! The 40sqm private heated pool facing the Cretan mountains will become the highlight of your family moments. Enjoy the coolness and then relax on the comfortable wooden sunbeds by the pool. The fence around the villa offers full privacy and safety for the kids.
The villa offers also parking for many cars, in the large private parking area in front of the villa.
Close to the villa, there is a farm with a lot of domestic animals such as a pony, deer. You can tour the farm and enjoy a unique experience interacting with some of the animals. Apart from the farm, there is a vineyard and two vegetable gardens, where you can taste wine, raki and try the fresh vegetables of the garden.

The famous resort of Georgioupolis with the amazing north coast SANDY BEACH is only 5 km away ( 10 min drive ) where you can find everything you may need for having some amazing holidays. Vryses village with more shops and taverns is also very close ( 5 min drive ).
