The space

The luxury villa stands in a paradise olive grove in the beautiful mountain village of Nopigia in Kissamos, offering easy access to many traditional villages, as well as the emerald beaches of Falassarna, Balos, and Elafonisi, the hot spots of Crete!

The spacious interior, boasting a modern design and elegant decoration, offers all the facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Sited on the front side of the complex, the villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area. The two-floor villa hosts up to 7 guests in an interior space of 120 sq. m., with unique architecture and all the contemporary comforts!
The main entrance leads to an open space with a big living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom.

The modern kitchen offers all the necessary facilities for you to spend endless hours cooking for your family and friends! This area is offered access to the main terrace of the villa, as well as a magnificent sea view, which you will enjoy while you are preparing your delicacies!
The living room with the comfortable large sofa, elegantly decorated in soft colors, features a modern fireplace, LCD TV with DVD player, books, and board games. A huge wall-to-wall window offers a view of the entire pool, giving the sense that it is placed in the living room! The big balcony door leads to the pool and the central veranda!

The veranda is very spacious, equipped with a dining table, perfect for the whole family to gather and experience unique moments accompanied by incredible sea and sunset views!

Back to the main interior, the villa features a unique architectural element: a glass corridor connects the living room with the area of the bedrooms to the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the illumination to come inside. Imagine it, when the lights of the pool, during the night, are changing colors! Difficult to describe it. …amazing to view it!

At the end of the corridor, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom: the Master bedroom features a king-size bed with a super anatomic mattress and high-quality linens and bed covers for ultimate relaxation. A modern sitting area at one corner, beautiful paintings, and tasteful decorative items create a hospitable atmosphere!

The second bedroom has two single beds of ergonomic hotel type, that can be adjusted into one king-size bed. It is decorated in light colors, with a direct view of the impressive glass corridor!
Both bedrooms offer access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a view of the pool area and the wonderful sunset.

The elegant and luxurious master bathroom, which serves the two bedrooms, features a bathtub with a shower.

Descending to the lower level, there is a second sitting area with a comfortable sofa-bed for the 7th guest, as well as the third bedroom with a king-size bed and a modern, en-suite bathroom. The guests staying on this floor are going to enjoy also a relaxing and restful stay! Furthermore, a utility room with a washing machine and iron ironing board is an extra facility for even more comfort!

The entire villa has a central heating/cooling system with autonomous control in each room!

What you are going to love in this villa is the private pool with the comfortable sunbeds, facing the endless blue of the Aegean Sea at midday, the amazing purple of the sky in the sunset, as well as the beautiful olive groves of Nopigia village!

Last but not least, the large courtyard around the villa, covered with tiles and surrounded by flowers and olive trees, features a BBQ which is going to be the favorite spot for your family gatherings! The kids will love also this space, as they will spend endless hours of carefree play in absolute safety and privacy, protected by a stone fence and a large safety gate!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 10.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ A cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day to new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
