The space
The superb villa is set in a paradise olive grove in the picturesque village of Nopigia in Kissamos, offering easy access to many traditional villages, as well as the emerald beaches of Falassarna, Balos, and Elafonisi, the hot spots of Crete!
The villa, belonging to a three-villas complex, with a private pool each, offers ultimate comfort and memorable views! The unique architectural design of the private pool and the flowerbeds, shaped in geometric patterns impress us at the first sight! If you stand next to the pool and take a look at the incredible view of the Aegean and Kissamos mountains, you will feel a caper of joy in your heart at the thought that the holidays of your life start right now!
As you enter the three-floor villa of 120 sq.m., you find yourself on the ground floor, featuring a luxurious living room with all the contemporary comforts: comfortable sofas and armchairs, LCD TV with DVD player, a modern-designed fireplace, books, and board games! Relax in the tranquil atmosphere that this space offers and take some short breaks of coolness in your private pool, directly accessed from the living room.
Practice your cooking skills in the modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and enjoy the delicacies you have prepared, along with your family in the kitchen’s dining area! Alternatively, you may choose to have dinner at the outdoor dining area next to the pool, with the unique setting of the sun hiding into the sea, in the background!
A spacious bathroom with a shower serves this floor!
Up to the second floor, we find two bedrooms: the Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second one with two single beds. The Master bedroom is equipped with super anatomic mattresses and pillows, promising restful summer naps and hours of relaxation! Two modern armchairs and a glass-made table at one corner create an artistic atmosphere!
The twin bedroom on the same floor is also equipped with all the necessary facilities to offer the ultimate comfort! Both bedrooms give access to private balconies, so you can relax on your bed and get lost in the magical scene you see through your balcony doors, especially in the sunset!
The second floor is served by a spacious bathroom with an impressive circular bathtub, modern decoration, and a blend of luxury!
Descending to the lower floor, we find a second sitting area, as well as the third bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower! Both spaces are airy and full of light, offering a pleasant atmosphere to the guests who stay on this floor. Furthermore, a utility room fitted with a washing machine and iron with ironing board is an extra facility for even more comfort!
The entire villa has a central heating/cooling system with autonomous control in each room!
What you are going to enjoy at most in this villa, is lying on the sunbeds next to your private pool and letting the sun rays fondle your body, until you need an urgent breath of coolness in your pool! The spacious verandas and balconies invite you to spend almost all your day and night outside, getting lost in the incredible views of the Aegean and the imposing mountains, dressed in the sparkling colors of the sun in the morning and the enchanting colors of the sunset in the late afternoons!
Last but not least, the large courtyard around the villa, covered with tiles and surrounded by flowers and olive trees, features a BBQ which is going to be the favorite spot for your family gatherings! The kids will love also this space, as they will spend endless hours of carefree play in absolute safety and privacy, protected by a stone fence and a large safety gate!
