The space
The unique private garden of the Old Venetian manor is an oasis in the historic town of Chania. Many palm varieties and exotic plants create the sense of being in a small romantic paradise. Sunbath in the garden to enjoy a book or gaze at the stars and relax with a cocktail!
The two-level manor is renovated with aesthetics and comfort and combines all the modern facilities with the old style of the house. Spacious, light rooms, comfortable and modern facilities, vintage furnishing, and well-designed, with unique style, guarantee amazing and relaxing holidays for all guests.
Throughout the interior, dominates a sense of pleasure and coziness making you feel at home!
Entering the low level of the manor, we can first meet a large, shaded patio with a white pergola the Pool, and the Jacuzzi hot tub facing the garden, giving the relaxation we all seek in our holidays. A full bathroom with a shower serves the patio of the villa.
The open-plan space features a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with brand-new appliances, where you can practice your cooking skills and be the Master chef of your friends and family! A big dining table awaits you in the middle of the room, ready to serve all the guests at the lunch meeting time of the day. The two comfortable sofas of the living room with the HD Smart TV with free Netflix will be a break of relaxation in the middle of the day!
The level features a second living room with a comfortable sofa, for guests who like the isolation from the other party! A small WC room with a shower will be perfect for the guests living on the ground floor.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor with queen size beds and the super comfortable anatomic mattresses and all the comforts a bedroom should have will promise you sweet dreams and relaxing nights!
There is also a third bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and the same bathroom has entrance also and from living room if you want.
All areas of the ground floor, including bedrooms and patio in the garden, are fully air-conditioned, ensuring cooling moments at any time of the season you may visit us.
Ascending glorious stair steps lead to the second level of the manor with the three cozy bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with air-conditioning system. There is the Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shared bathroom, and satellite TV, the second bedroom with a double bed, and the third bedroom with one single bed. All bedrooms have super comfortable anatomic mattresses. The full bathroom upstairs has a shower for the comfort of all guests.
The highlight of the house is the exclusive private garden with grass and a patio between the house and the garden. Just relax all day in the patio’s sitting area of the house, prepare your meal at the charcoal BBQ, keep your fitness on the treadmill facing the garden, or have a bath in the small swimming pool or Jacuzzi tub with a refreshing cocktail in your hands!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 1.50 euros per day during the period from April to October and 0.50 euros per day from November to February. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every four days.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.

Mountains, lakes, tropical beaches, forests, gorges are all parts of the picturesque scenery in Crete.
The capital city of Chania is located in west Crete. The city boasts of its old port which is one of the most sought-after spots on the island. The whole port has been built by the Venetians and its major landmarks are the lighthouse at the entrance of the port and Firkas fortress. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city
Our Villa is sited in the heart of the Old Town and the neighborhood called Splanzia, just 1 min from the edge of the sea in the old port! Small alleys, old Venetian manors, ottoman houses, flowered verandas and balconies, myths, and urban legends revive a picturesque wander in the famous old town of Chania.
Restaurants, cafes, soul bars, clubs, boutique houses, and five suites dominate the area. Many traditional taverns where locals enjoy the beautiful nights in Chania, folk music nibble taverns, and revel entertainment will lead your mood to a high.
Shopping in the old and new town of Chania, supermarkets, groceries, banks, post, butcher, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and any kind of services will be on foot distance and easy access.
Chania city offers a beautiful sandy beach, famous for the fish taverns, restaurants, and cafes, fully organized with parasols and sunbeds that can easily give the guest the relaxation they need for their holidays. The access to this beautiful beach on the other side of town can be on foot or with public transportation.

Getting around
Car is not necessary for getting around as we are only 1 min walk from all.
The bus stop is very close to the villa with a route from the center of Chania to the central bus station where you can take the bus to all the popular beaches and destinations of the Chania region as well as and for all major cities of Crete!
In case you prefer to have a car with you for your convenience, parking will be free and easy in all around streets we all park our cars! Also for special cases big free and paid parking is not very far away!
The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda(5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (15 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
